Our gentleman client engaged us to assist with renovating and refurnishing an older Kingston apartment for a comfortable retirement. After completing an initial briefing meeting, I discovered our client’s style was New York Loft / Hamptons with a masculine edge.
After 88 hours of concepts, meetings and estimating the project’s design phase was complete and we moved to taking care of all the ordering, supervision of making, delivery and installation of over 115 furnishings items to complete the open-plan living/dining room, bedroom, guest bedroom and study.
Installation of furnishings and accessories took about 4 days including curtains and motorized blinds. For a sneak-peak behind the scenes, here is a time lapse of our furniture install day.
