This week, I have an idea brewing in my head and I can’t let it go. It’s got me SO excited. I’ve been pondering whether to share it with you, but then I realized — you are the PERFECT person to hear it first!
Here’s the backstory, and I admit it’s still in the “raw” phases, so please be gentle…
What’s keeping me up at night
For several months, I’ve been getting private messages from people who have reached out with questions like “is there a way to stay connected after our design consultation?” or “is there a way to go deeper on the decorating advice on your blog?” or “how can I stay connected to this community?”
Prior to hearing questions like these, I had never considered creating something that goes beyond the scope of my decorating services. But as similar questions continued to hit my inbox, I realized I can do something to help. And I want to!
What if we weren’t alone?
Inspiration — a moment of genius — whatever you want to call it — came to me in a flash, and I realized…
We need a community.
All of us house-proud women who want to love where we live and feel beautiful inside our homes and out — we can support each other! Why shouldn’t there be a place where women like us can grow together and take action on our forever homes throughout the entire year?!
Because for many of us, myself included, designing our forever homes isn’t going to happen overnight. It’s a multi-year process that evolves as we move to the next phase of our project or we budget for the next room we want to tackle in our homes.
To be honest, I’m getting a little emotional just thinking about it. Can you imagine how incredible a community like this would be? A place to…
- Connect and support fellow house-proud women committed to creating their classic forever homes, whether it will take a few months or a few years
- Receive experts’ actionable advice on topics like decorating, managing a budget, and being the “boss” of our homes
- Grow your confidence in making smart purchases and decisions, hiring the right help when needed, and styling your home with confidence!
Like I said, it’s still raw. But you can see the potential right? I can’t stop thinking about where a community dedicated to really loving our homes could lead us in 1 year, 3 years or 5 years from now. THAT’S what gets me excited. It’s the progress we would all make by staying together with such a tight focus – that’s what fires me up!
But here’s what I am VERY clear on…
I can’t do this alone, and I don’t have all the answers. Currently, this idea is very rough around the edges. It’s definitely not perfect (yet) and there are many things I still need to work out. But the vision is there. And that’s why I’d love to invite you to have a say.
I want you to be part of this… yes, YOU.

What does a Founding Member do?
Well, at the moment, this community is still taking shape. That means I’m brainstorming, planning resources and courses, and thinking up ways to make it THE best place to support women who have a passion for their homes.
Your voice, your insight, and your story will be essential to every shaping every piece of this gorgeous puzzle. If you’re willing to weigh in and help contribute ideas, I would love it if you joined me and became a Founding Member.
The other bonus of becoming a Founding Member — in addition to creating a community you love AND getting actionable advice for creating your forever home — is that you won’t have to pay the monthly membership fee once our community membership launches in July. There is a one-time payment (to help us launch this membership!) and THAT’S IT.
